RaiseTool

Terms of Service

Rules, conditions, and usage policies for the RaiseTool online utilities platform.

Last updated: July 5, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using RaiseTool, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must not use our online utilities, workspaces, or APIs.

2. Service Usage & Restraints

RaiseTool provides temporary utility tools for file operations (conversions, compression, calculations). You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Uploading files that contain viruses, trojans, worms, or any malicious script designed to degrade server performance.
  • Attempting to bypass platform rate limits or security sandboxes.

3. Hybrid Storage and Data Retention Disclaimers

Our platform operates on a hybrid data storage model:

  • Temporary local file systems: Uploads are written to local sandboxed folders.
  • Remote Cloudinary Sync: Some workflows synchronize files securely with remote Cloudinary cloud directories under cryptographic hashes.
  • 10-Minute Deletion: All local and remote files, database entries, and active session tokens are completely deleted after **10 minutes of inactivity**.

WARNING: We do not keep backups. Once your session is idle for 10 minutes, all processed files are deleted forever and cannot be retrieved. You must download your files immediately upon transformation.

4. Limitation of Liability

RaiseTool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, tool compatibility, server uptime, or file security. In no event shall RaiseTool, its developers, or its hosts be liable for any data loss, file corruption, session expiration, or system downtime resulting from your use of the platform.

5. Service Rate Limits & Payload Restrictions

To ensure fair service quality for all users, we enforce the following restrictions:

  • Payload Cap: Upload requests are capped at 1MB per request. Larger payloads will be rejected automatically.
  • Rate Limiting: Endpoints are protected by rate-limiting and slow-down middleware. Excessive requests will trigger a temporary lockout.
  • API Access: Direct programmatic API access is not permitted under the free tier without secure developer tokens.

6. User Responsibility and Misuse

RaiseTool operates as a neutral provider of digital file tools and utility calculation assets. We do not inspect, endorse, or claim ownership over user-uploaded content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our tools complies with all local, national, and international laws. You agree that RaiseTool carries no liability, responsibilities, or legal obligations for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities conducted through our platform (including but not limited to the processing of copyright-infringing data, distribution of malicious software, or unauthorized data parsing).

7. Modifications of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated timestamp. Your continued use of RaiseTool after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
